A. Subager is from Passara in the Badulla district. He studied at Passara Tamil School and qualified to enter the University of Colombo to study Accountancy. Subager completed his degree in 2011.
Anuruddika Kumari is from Wellawaya, a Plan Program area of the Monaragala district. She entered the University of Colombo in 2006 to follow a degree in Social Science, and graduated in 2010.
Chamila Kumara is from Polpitigama in the Kurunegala district. He qualified to enter the University of Kelaniya in 2006. Chamila selected to follow a 3 year degree program in Physical Science. Chamila was selected by the North Western Program unit.
Indika Rathnayaka comes from a low income family living in the village of Batugammana, a Plan supported community in Moneragala. His father is disabled, he has two younger sisters and a brother in school, and the family’s limited income from agriculture.
Jeewamali Konara lives in Dambagalla in the Monaragala District. She entered the University of Peradeniya in 2006 to follow a 4 year special degree in Economics. She did extremely well while in university and consistently achieved very high grades.
Lakmini Ariyasena is from the Monaragala district. She passed the Advanced Level examination and entered the University of Kelaniya in 2006. There she followed a 4 year Management degree. While studying for her degree, Lakmini also registered to do a Charted Accountancy course.
Pradeep Kumara Wijerathne studied at Marawa School in Monaragala. In 2006 he entered the University of Ruhuna to follow a degree in Social Science. He was a very active student at the university and a leading member of the student council. He completed his final examination and graduated in 2010.
Saman Kumara Rathnayaka is from Koruwewa in the Kurunegala district. After the successful completion of the Advanced Level examinations he entered the University of Colombo to follow a degree in Social Science.
Sulochana Dilrukshi is from Marawa in the Monaragala district. She entered the Sabaragamuwa University in 2006 to follow a 3 year general degree on Social Science. She completed her degree program in 2009.
Sumith Fernando is from Passara division of the Badulla district. Sumith entered the University of Jayewardenepura in 2006 to follow an Accountancy degree. While studying in university, he also registered for the Chartered examination in order to be qualified for international employment.
