Shanika Amali is 21 years old and lives in Wellawaya in the district of Monaragala. Shanika has 2 brothers who are in school. Her younger brother is a Plan sponsored child.
She studied at Kumaradasa School and did her Advanced Level examinations in 2010. She did very well and secured 3 grade ‘A’s and was one of the top 3 students in her district.
She hopes to become a Chartered Accountant.

Complete her study Economics, Business and Accountancy, she is waiting now for a government job.

Her subjects are Communication skills and personal development C+; Advanced Financial Accounting B; Macro Economics B+.
